The 7 week beginner program is perfect for people who are already familiar with the olympic lifts, but need to build confidence and consistency at training percentages, a great place to start for new lifters. The key objectives of this program are A: Becoming proficient in the snatch and clean at your current 70-80% range B: Developing technical proficiency by working from the top down through progressions to increase barbell proprioception and C: Build strength for the back squat, front squat, strict press and push press.
